Liability

If you make a compensation claim against us, our liability is no more than the money we have received.

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or accident students may suffer when they are on our premises or elsewhere.

Cancellations and changing the date of your course

1. More than 8 days prior to the course date----the full amount back to you.

2. More than 5 days but less than 7 days prior to the course date---75% will be given back to you.

3. More than 3 days but less than 4 days before the course date--- 50% will be given back to you.

4. Less than 2 days before the course date----No refund.

5. Please give us at least 7 days notice when you want to change the date of your course. Any later, and you will incur a £50 late-notice fee.

Our gift vouchers

1. The voucher is valid for 2 months after the date it is issued.

2. You need to start booking a course by the expiry date of the voucher.

3. The voucher is non-refundable, but can be given to and used by anyone.
